I like to consider myself a healthy person. I eat healthily, I sleep regularly, I follow a workout routine. So why am I concerned with having an internal cleanse? Because, no matter how health conscious I am, I still have to breathe in the polluted air outside, drink water filled with chemicals and eat food infected with chemicals, preservatives and hormones. There is just no way around it. Consequently, I am afflicted with a dirty, toxic, and unhealthy body. It may not seem so from the outside, but believe me, our insides are crying out for an internal cleanse.
The leading cause of cancer-deaths is colon cancer. Millions of Americans suffer from digestive problems and constipation. Even more suffer from sleepless nights, acne, and obesity. It is no coincidence that many of those that suffer from these complications have never done an internal cleanse. Like I said, no matter how much we try to be healthy, the world we live in is polluted and our bodies absorb its harmful substances like a sponge. However, to avoid subjecting yourself from serious ailments along the line, an internal cleanse must be added to your health regime. Without an internal cleanse, toxic waste can seep from your intestines and colon into your bloodstream and make its way everywhere in your body.
Doing an internal cleanse can not only help to protect against major problems in years to come, but it takes care of many small nuisances you have to deal with on a daily basis. A clean inside does not only mean a squeaky-clean colon, but clear skin, radiant hair, and a healthy body.
